Delivery
Online purchases are subject to a postage and packaging charge the price of which depends on the purchase value and the shipping address. All UK orders are insured and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and for other countries couriered via UPS FedEx.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time varies depending on payment clearance and product availability. We endeavour to deliver within 3-10 working days within the UK, and 5-12 working days for other countries.
For urgent delivery requests please contact us at the studio. Maximum delivery time is 8 weeks if the item has been made to order, we will inform you if that is the case. Please contact us directly to find out current stock availability if your order is more urgent than the turnaround times stated.
UK DELIVERY
Orders over £100 will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. These orders incur a flat charge of £10 and are fully insured, the shop will automatically select this for you on checkout.
Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.
Other orders are sent second class signed for.
DELIVERIES WITHIN EUROPE:
Orders over £100 will be dispatched using UPS and FedEx for deliveries within Europe. The delivery time takes 1-3 working days and we charge a flat rate of £55 for delivery to all countries within Europe.
Other orders are sent Royal Mail International tracked and signed.
DELIVERIES TO THE USA AND CANADA:
For deliveries to the USA and Canada orders over £100 will be dispatched using UPS and FedEx that endeavours to reach its destination within 1-4 days from ship date. The cost for this service is £55. The total order price advertised on the website at checkout does not include import taxes. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERIES TO THE REST OF THE WORLD:

Isabella Day Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs checks in the country of destination. Any customs charges and associated handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Our gift vouchers are generated digitally and will be emailed to you. If you’d prefer a physical gift voucher, please contact us directly. Delivery costs £3-£10 per order, depending on destination. Your gift vouchers will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class post or International Airmail.
HOW YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE
Your order will be dispatched in a branded external box with wax seal. The jewellery is packaged in a branded Isabella Day jewellery box, which is protected by tissue paper. If the recipient and shipping address is different to those of the person who placed the order, we will assume that the order is a gift and a receipt will not be included in the package. If you would like a personal message to accompany any gift orders, please contact us directly. If you would like the delivery box to be unbranded please let us know.
All gift vouchers will be sent in an envelope protected by an eco jiffy bag.
